If you consider yourself a foodie and live in Michiana, chances are that youβve heard the name βLuccheseβ. So, imagine our collective spaz attack when Zachary Lucchese and Amber Hart, owners at Bacon Hill Kitchen & Pub, came to Vala with a vision: a hip, urban, Chicago-esque gastropub combined with a warm, inviting, hometown pizza joint.
Vala went to work building the Pizo & Foz brand from the ground up: from logo concepts, to menu creation, until the launch of their website – all while building massive amounts of hype surrounding their opening on social media.
